Return & Refund Policy

This is the Return and Refund Policy of Fontainebleau Holdings Pty Limited (ACN 004 009 303) (“us, “we”, “our”) and describes what steps you may take if you are not satisfied with your purchase from our website, www.fontainebleau.com.au (the “Site”).

 

SECTION 1 - Returns

(a) Our policy lasts 30 days.  This means that to be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must return the product to us within 30 days from the date the product purchased from us was delivered to you.

(b) The product must be returned to us unused and in the same original condition that you received it.  It must also be in the original packaging.

(c) When returning the product to us you must specify whether you require a refund or an exchange.  If you are eligible for refund or exchange but do not specify either, we will send you an exchange product.

(d) Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

 

SECTION 2 - Refunds

(a) Once your return is received and inspected by us, and you have specified that you require a refund, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

(b) If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or other original method of payment, within a period of 10 business days from the date the refund approval is communicated to you. 

(c) If you haven’t received your refund within 10 business days from the date the refund approval is communicated to you, check your bank account again.  Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially transferred to your account. Next contact your bank.  There is often some processing time before a refund is posted to your account. (d) Please choose carefully as refunds are not normally provided where you have simply changed your mind or made a wrong selection.

(e) For purchases our products made other than fontainebleau.com.au please consult with the retailer where you purchased the product for their returns policy. We only accept returns or exchanges of products purchased through fontainebleau.com.au.

 

SECTION 3 - Exchanges

(a) We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you want to exchange the damaged or defective product you should specify that when returning the product to us.

(b) Once you have returned the product to us with a request to exchange it for the same item, we will endeavor to send the exchanged item to you within 10 business days.

 

SECTION 4 – Shipping of returns

(b) You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.  These shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund for your product, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

(c) You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to return the goods as all transport risk is borne by the sender.
