Delivery and Orders

1. Australia

(a) Orders will be dispatched within Australia within 3 business days after receipt of the order and will be shipped by courier.

(b) Free standard shipping and handling for orders over $100 (excluding GST)

(c) All Orders under $100 carry a $10 (including GST) shipping charge

(d) Delivery time

• Sydney Metro – 2 to 3 days 
• Melbourne and Brisbane Metro – 3 to 4 days
• NSW ACT VIC Country – 3 to 5 days
• QLD Country – 4 to 6 days
• Adelaide – 4 to 5 days
• SA Country – 5 to 6 days
• Perth – 6 to 8 days
• WA country – 7 to 11 days
• Tasmania – 5 to 6 days
• Northern Territory - 9 days

2. International - New Zealand, United Kingdom, Ireland

(a) Customs and Import duties

Fontainebleau has no control over any international customs or duty charge. They are not payable, nor refundable by Fontainebleau, and will at all times remain the responsibility of the customer. 

(b) Timeline for Shipment

• New Zealand - 3 to 5 days
• United Kingdom - 5 to 10 days
• Ireland - 5 to 10 days
